We process personal data for the treatment you choose with a practitioner who is affiliated with our network.
Execution of treatments
To support doctors and pharmacists in personalized microbiome therapy.
Execution of agreements
To process orders, payments and our services.
Communication
To contact you about analyses, treatments, orders or questions.
Improving our services
To improve our processes, website and treatment support.
Scientific research and quality improvement
Where possible, we use data in anonymized or pseudonymized form to further develop knowledge about microbiome interventions.
4. Who do we share data with
We only share your personal data when this is necessary for our services. This can be done with, among other things:
Practitioner(s) to whom you have given access to your file
Pharmacist(s) who prepare medicines for you
Laboratories that perform medical analyses for you
Freight forwarders who deliver medicines or test kits to you
IT service providers who maintain our platform
Payment service providers that process payments
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Retention periods
We do not store personal data longer than necessary.
A legal retention period of at least 20 years applies to medical records and treatment data. This period can be changed by the government. If that happens, we are obliged to follow the amended deadline.
After the statutory retention period has expired, the data will be deleted or anonymised.

Correct your information
Have your data deleted (to the extent permitted by law)
Object to unlawful processing of your data
Ask us to restrict the processing of your data. Please note that this may affect the services we are able to provide to you.
