Definitions<\/h2>\n<p>For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Microbiome Center<\/strong><br \/>The organization that supports practitioners, pharmacists and clients in personalized microbiome therapy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client<\/strong><br \/>Any person or organization that uses our services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practitioner<\/strong><br \/>Doctor or other healthcare professional responsible for medical decision-making.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pharmacist<\/strong><br \/>Licensed pharmacist responsible for magistral preparations.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>2. Applicability<\/h2>\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to all services, analyses, orders and agreements through the Microbiome Center.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>3. Services of the Microbiome Center<\/h2>\n<p>The Microbiome Center facilitates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Microbiome analyses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledge exchange<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Treatment support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Recipe recommendations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaboration between doctors and pharmacists<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Microbiome Center does not perform medical procedures itself.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>4. Conclusion of the agreement<\/h2>\n<p>An agreement is formed as soon as an order, request or registration has been confirmed by the Microbiome Center.<\/p>\n<p>When you create an account on the Microbiome Center platform, specific terms apply that you must accept in advance in order to use the platform and enable collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>When you order an analysis, prescription or other service, specific conditions also apply that you must accept in advance in order to make the service possible.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>5. Rates and payment<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are in euros.<\/p>\n<p>Payment must be made via the offered payment methods.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>6. Provision of analytics<\/h2>\n<p>The Microbiome Center does not perform any analyses itself. These are carried out by independent laboratories. <\/p>\n<p>The Microbiome Center cannot give any guarantees about delivery times or the results of analyses.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>7. Delivery of therapies<\/h2>\n<p>Personal prescriptions are only provided after assessment by an independently qualified practitioner and pharmacist.<\/p>\n<p>The Microbiome Center supports these professionals in their role, but has no say in individual treatment decisions. Therefore, we cannot make any statements about the expected treatment results. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>8. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Microbiome Center is committed to providing a careful service.<\/p>\n<p>The Microbiome Center is not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Medical decisions of practitioners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Pharmaceutical decisions of pharmacists<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Individual treatment outcomes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any damage caused directly or indirectly by treatments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>9. Complaints procedure<\/h2>\n<p>Complaints can be submitted via:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"mailto:office@microbiome-center.nl\">office@microbiome-center.nl<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We aim to respond to complaints as quickly as possible, within seven working days at the latest.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>10.
