The suspicion often arises when there are complaints of a chronic nature in combination with gastrointestinal problems; certainly if there is also persistent fatigue. With the latest 'sequencing' techniques, 250 parameters are examined, which gives the doctor a good insight into the composition of the microbiome. This is the basis for the personalized treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The analysis process takes approximately 3 weeks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_accordion_item_2 et_pb_accordion_item et_pb_toggle et_pb_module et_pb_toggle_close et_block_module\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">MyOwnBlend  -   personal prescription<\/h2><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content\"><p>The outcome of the microbiome analysis is individually tested against the latest scientific publications and insights. Based on this, the doctor writes a prescription with the necessary pre- and<br \/>\nprobiotic strains (called MyOwnBlend). The strains used are therefore scientifically substantiated per person, and added in the correct dosage. Determined by the doctor.<br \/>\nThe prescription goes to the pharmacist who carries out the pharmacy check and then prepares it. The MyOwnBlend will be sent to your home address within a few days.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_accordion_item_3 et_pb_accordion_item et_pb_toggle et_pb_module et_pb_toggle_close et_block_module\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">Lifestyle<\/h2><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content\"><p>In almost all treatments, the doctor pays attention to the importance of lifestyle and the major health effect: nutrition, exercise, rest, stress, meaning. A \u201cgut health lifestyle recipe\u201d is available from the doctor to support you in following a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_accordion_item_4 et_pb_accordion_item et_pb_toggle et_pb_module et_pb_toggle_close et_block_module\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">Individual impact monitoring<\/h2><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content\"><p>In addition to supporting the doctor, the Microbiome-Center also conducts a service interview. In this meeting we ask whether everything has been well received and whether there are any further questions about, for example, the use of the medicine. After the course of treatment, a second conversation about the result follows. Attention can also be paid to questions about how to proceed, or about possible maintenance use.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_accordion_item_5 et_pb_accordion_item et_pb_toggle et_pb_module et_pb_toggle_close et_block_module\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">Costs<\/h2><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content\"><p>The costs of a treatment depend on what the client and doctor agree on together. For everything that is set in motion, the costs are known in advance.<\/p>\n<p>The costs for an analysis are usually around \u20ac 250. Based on the results, it is checked whether a personal recipe (MyOwnBlend) is needed. If that is the case, the costs for a cure of 2-3 months are around \u20ac 275. <em>Please note: this does not include interpretation or consultation by a practitioner.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It is possible that part of the costs will be reimbursed by the insurer. This strongly depends on the health insurance policy.
